"I am coach Steve Kim and I began my journey in the world of finance, banking, and investing, honing my skills as a CPA in Canada and advancing through international and Canadian banking, eventually becoming a Partner in an accounting firm. These experiences enriched my understanding of the financial industry, leading me to my current role as a Director in one of Canada's leading financial and insurance companies.

Yet, amidst these achievements, I discovered a deeper calling. The transformative power of coaching captivated me, igniting a passion to unleash the latent potential within business professionals and entrepreneurs. Embarking on a rigorous coach training program with Canada Coach Academy, I emerged as a Certified Coach, committed to guiding individuals beyond their perceived limits towards Peak Performance.

Now, at the intersection of finance and coaching, I'm dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve Financial Freedom by guiding them on how to earn daily Passive Income through Web 3.0 and decentralized banking, and to excel beyond their highest aspirations. Beyond this, my commitment extends to breaking down any limitations or limiting beliefs holding individuals back from achieving the outcomes they desire. Through private 1:1 coaching, I provide tailored support, helping clients to navigate and overcome their challenges in a safe, non-judgmental space. Furthermore, I train aspiring new coaches, those with a passion for making a significant impact on others' lives, on the art and science of coaching.
